Goods may only be returned if faulty on arrival in which case they will be repaired or exchanged only with the consent and on such terms at the company may determine.

Please contact us to obtain a returns authority which is subject to goods being returned in original conditions and undamaged original packaging. Goods returned without a Returns Authority shall not be accepted.

Any order placed and accepted by the company may be cancelled only with the consent and on such terms at the company may determine.

Products which are made to order cannot be returned unless faulty, If faulty, a returns authority will be required.

Marked or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
